acne, they are overall not healthy for the body and can reduce the body’s
ability to build a strong immune system, so you should consume in
moderation. But cutting them out of your diet won’t make your acne magically
disappear.

acne is so prone in teens. There are hormonal treatments available that
you can talk to your doctor about.
There are also many other treatments available from your doctor or
dermatologist. This is certainly a route worth exploring if you suffer from
